In March of 2020, the singers of Chronos Vocal Ensemble returned from the choir’s first international tour to the Pacific Northwest, amid the emerging COVID-19 pandemic, and the cancellation of all remaining activities for the 2019-2020 Season, including an appearance with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and our “Hearts Afire” production to be held on April 26.
When the choir met for a chat about 10 days after returning home, there was an immediate sense of need to create something together, and continue to connect with our audience. Released on the evening of April 26 when we would have held our season-ending performance, we present Chronos Vocal Ensemble, socially-distanced.
